How You Can Help
Hunger affects people from all walks of life — children and families, seniors, employed people, and people living on disability and other fixed income sources.
For the week of May 18th – 24th, 2012. Friday to Monday we at 5 Drive-in theatre, Oakville, will be collecting canned items for the Corus Feeds Kids Food Drive to be given to the Toronto Food Bank. Thank You in advance for your support!
Many people do not realize the extent of hunger’s reach in this country. Each month, close to 900,000 Canadians are assisted by food banks, and 38% of those helped are children and youth.
Your support will make a difference in the lives of Canadians in need.
Thursday, May 17, 2012 marks Corus Entertainment’s inaugural Corus Feeds Kids Day, a campaign designed to help alleviate childhood hunger and raise funds for local food banks across Canada. 5 Drive-in theatre decided to support the Toronto Food Bank, and we are asking you to get involved, and help your community.
