The Drive-In season is just getting started and we hope you’re excited to watch some more movies under the stars. The weather might get snowier and colder but that won’t stop us from showing some hot new movies for your enjoyment. This week, things are going to heat up with a new action thriller hitting the big screen – ‘Olympus Has Fallen’
In ‘Olympus Has Fallen’, Gerard Butler plays disgraced former Presidential guard Mike Banning who finds himself trapped inside the White House (Secret Service Code: “Olympus”) in the wake of a terrorist attack; using his inside knowledge, Banning works with national security to rescue the President (played by Aaron Eckhart) from his kidnappers. Morgan Freeman plays the Speaker of the House Allan Trumbull who acts as the man on the outside helping the rescue operation. Also starring Aaron Eckhart, Angela Bassett, Rick Yune, and Dylan McDermott.
Muscular leading man. Guns and explosions. Bad-ass one liners. ‘Olympus Has Fallen’ has the ingredients for a fun action packed ride. Who wouldn’t want to see terrorists be taken down by ‘300’s intense butt-kicker Gerard Wallace supported by the legendary voice of Morgan Freeman? Be sure to catch it this week at the Drive-In!
